Group Fitness Studio
We are delighted to introduce our New Group Fitness Studio!
Group Exercise is a great way to stay motivated in your fitness routine. These workouts are prepared and led by our qualified instructors and guarantee to bring you a fun and exciting fitness experience. We provide a wide range of classes for all Age & Fitness levels, whether you’re a complete beginner or at your peak we have classes to suit your needs. Small groups ensure you get the most from your workout.
Classes are designed to:
